Bouley restaurant represents a landmark in fine dining and exquisite cuisine. Chef David Bouley invites you to join him for a taste of perfection in this legendary and world-renowned restaurant.
I wasn't so into the decor. A bit too ostentatious. However, I did love the bread cart, it had over a dozen different types of bread. I'd recommend the goat cheese and black truffle spread and a first course of smoked salmon blini with truffle honey.
Honestly though, you can't go wrong here. The courses are well-appointed and the desserts are perfection. Worth every penny. And it will cost you a lot of pennies.
Food was average. Wine was average.
We had the 6-course menu and expected a lot.
Result? Overpaid & underperformed.
Never, ever again!!!!
