Valiant Brewing Company

Orange County is now home for another Craft Brewery that is currently serving the Orange County California area with an exceptional line up of craft beer. The owners of Valiant Brewing Company, a husband and wife team comes into the craft beer scene with a sincere passion for operating and providing fine craft beer The adventure came to life more than 7 years ago when Brian was given a Mr. Beer kit. He used that kit once and from then on was determined to make it better. However, at that time beer was not our number one priority.  Drag-racing our Super Eliminator dragster and working on Hot Rods along with motorcycling, traveling, camping were. We continued forward under the misconception that we were racers who brewed as a hobby until late 2007.  At that time wildfires hit our canyon and took with them all of our investment into a race car business (with the exception of our dragster ). During the rebuild and aftermath of that fire storm – we found brewing to be our new passion. And since then it has been beer, beer, beer ever since. Both Brian and Kelly graduated with degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Cal State Long Beach and worked in the aerospace industry for a number of years.  As we entered this new career we decided that Brian should attend the American Brewers Guild.  He graduated from his Master Brewers program June 2010 and now we are full steam with our production craft brewery.
