Fuel charges are an additional cost from houseboat rates and there are no refunds if a houseboat is returned earlier than scheduled. Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests over the age of 21 must be present to drive the houseboat at all times. Wahweap Airport is 30 minutes’ drive from Antelope Point Marina at Lake Powell.
