Its USDA Prime steaks are aged and hand-cut daily. We pride ourselves in our ever-growing ranks of frequent guests, and invite the visitors to our site to see for themselves why we are consistently voted one of the best restaurants in Pasadena. Arroyo Chop House is the ONLY restaurant in Southern California that serves exclusively USDA Prime Beef - the highest grade of beef available. Only 3 out of 1,000 graded beef qualify as USDA Prime.
