“all items are hand-crafted with a French twist”
Pascal’s Bistro is a family-owned establishment that opened in November 1999. We are nestled in the north end of West Park Walk shopping center, across from the Avenue. Pascal is a French-born chef that studied at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School. He came to America 30 years ago for a summer of fun and never left.
