When it comes to the classic dishes of the American South, small plates may not be the portion size that comes to mind. But chef Kevin Sbraga has tapas-ized the likes of mac-and-cheese, collard greens, and Memphis hot chicken at his second restaurant. Excellent cocktails and a serious bourbon selection are other good reasons to go.
