I love art, artists, and the creative thinking involved in running an art gallery. I am enchanted by the idea that some human beings create things that other people want to have. Things that spring from another’s imagination can charm us, knock us out of our comfort zone and hijack our rational minds. Our capacity for creativity and delight is a magical part of human nature. Making art is a powerful process that requires vision, imagination, struggle, risk-taking, learning, exploring and actually finishing something now and again. It is an intense engagement with life and spirit and materials. No wonder we are so affected by it. When you purchase a work of art you extend the creative process.
