Botto is an authentic Italian bistro created by two chefs from Tuscany. The only real Florentine trattoria in the Bay Area! ll our pizzas are made with the highest quality ingredients and use 00 Antimo Caputo organic flour imported from Naples. Our lasagna, ravioli and panini are hand-made from scratch, and all our sauces and salads are created with fresh local ingredients. We incorporate specialty items imported from Italy in all of our dishes and prepare our authentic food the way it has been done in Italy for many centuries. At Botto we truly believe this is not the time and place to make changes to that!
