“let the revolution begin”
No matter what your occasion calls for or your appetite demands, the friendly staff at Patrick Henry's Pub & Grille promise to make your next dining dining experience a pleasant one. The Pub & Grille resides in the Patrick Henry Inn. This pre-Civil War Inn which stands on Historic Church Hill features a restaurant, an English pub and garden patio. The casual dining atmosphere provides a comfortable dining experience for all fellow patriots. A block from St. John's Church, the location of the famous Patrick Henry speech "Give me liberty, or give me death" we prefer to think of the establishment as a revolution in food, fun, and spirits.
Found this place while passing through on a Saturday afternoon. The food was tasty, ample in amount, and arrived in timely manner. This place has a great atmosphere in a beautiful old building from the 1800's. The staff was friendly; we even met the owner as he came around to check on us. He was happy to share the building's history when we asked. I am limited to a gluten-free diet and enjoyed their house salad, to which they will add chicken or fish at your request. My friend enjoyed their buffalo chicken wrap with onion rings. It's very possible that I would return here if I find myself in Richmond again.
