Plumpton Park Zoo is home to over 130 animals representing 44 unique and diverse species. Animals at the zoo include: The zoo is home to: Alpaca, American Bison, African Crested Porcupine, an African Serval, Arctic Foxes, Artic Wolves, Bactarin Camels, Bengal Tiger, Black Backed Jackals, a Black Bear, a Bobcat, a Canadian Lynx, a Cougar, Eurpean Brown Bear, Fallow Deer, Fennec Fox, a Giraffe, LLama, Pot Bellied Pigs, Prairie Dogs, Pygmy Goats, Reeves Muntjac, Sheep, Siamang Apes, Sicillian Donkeys, a Silver Fox, Timber Wolves, an African Watusi, a White Bengal Tiger, a White Faced Capuchin Monkey and a pair of Zebra. Plumpton Park Zoo does not allow pets on the grounds. Guide Dogs and Assistance Dogs are welcome. Please inform the admissions office staff if you will be bringing a guide dog onto zoo grounds. Please do not visit the zoo and leave your pet in your car. The staff checks the parking lot for many reasons, but if we find that an animal has been locked in a car, we will call the proper authorities. We will also not hesitate to use any means necessary to save your pet if it is in immediate distress.
