“The bodacious arcade games of the past”
In the 80's and early 90's, the arcade was the place to be that wasn't lame. We have fond memories of getting lost in adventure, swimming in the sounds of quarters dropping, people laughing, and the beautiful cacophony of blips and bleeps in the air. Then, home video games started looking more and more like what you'd get from an afternoon at the arcade... so people stopped going to arcades. Now, don't get us wrong-- gaming at home or on the go is fun; but we've lost sight of what made an arcade so darned bodacious: the sounds. The atmosphere. The friends. We started the Coin Jam because we missed the arcade. You might miss arcades too, and so we want you to play games with us in a place that's totally representative of what makes our generation so gnarly to the max. Our major mission is mixing up awesome games and awesome people. We've also got amazing freshly made grub and a wicked selection of local beer and wine.
