“Personal and delicious”

Japanese Restaurant When you eat sushi in a land-locked city, you typically set the standards pretty low - but Takashi raises the bar for Salt Lake City sushi. The wait staff was very knowledgeable about their seasonal and regular offerings. If you can find a spot at the sushi bar, you'll practically have one of the sushi chefs to yourself, which is nice because they will make you special roles and recommend others you wouldn't have normally chosen.
