We are a Santa Cruz based craft brewery making uncommon beers, brewed to last.Unrefrigerated shelf life will exceed five months, but we recommend storage under 50°F to ensure best condition. We distribute in 16 oz. cans, and on demand in 30-liter KeyKegs, a recyclable one-way keg technology. We were the first brewery in the U.S. to use these kegs, and remain the only one exclusively using them.
