Our Tuscan wood-burning oven gives you the true Neopolitan style of crisp, yeasty pizza. Whether it be our hand crafted meats or our house made burrata, we are committed to flavor on all levels with food and wine. Rosso offers daily additions to our menu which are inspired by indigenous ingredients. Our seasonal whole oven-roasted dungeness crab or forever smoked and braised beef short ribs with soft polenta are just two examples of how we honor the seasons.
