Owner and Founder Larry Mellum runs a tight ship when it comes to serving only the best, a standard that has earned dozens of wins in regional and national competitions, including induction into the Great Chowder Cook-Off Hall-of-Fame.
There can be a long line, but it's 100% worth the wait. Obviously the New England clam chowder is a must-try, but you can also get a sampler that has a few other chowder options, like salmon. And definitely get a bread bowl!
