Sigh is the only champagne and bubbly tasting room in Sonoma. Woman-owned and cute and quirky inside, tables are decorated with bottle tops and it's the only place in town where they will teach you how to saber your own champagne bottle (on Saturdays). Flights and bottles are available - a great place to buy a bottle and go sit on the square too.
