Jahn Kirchoff and Mike Maler set out in 1988 to open a restaurant that would serve top notch food at reasonable prices. With over 50 years of combined restaurant experience the two hoped Deli Lane would be the kind of place that people would want to visit over and over again and that would become a part of its community. Jahn had been compiling unique recipes for years during his travels around the US and abroad in the hopes of one day serving up these delicacies.
