Cozy little Cafe with fresh, healthy, flavorful menu which includes: BREAKFAST SANDWICHES AND WRAPS, fresh baked pastries, bagels, croissants. Our specialty is Grilled Hot Panini sandwiches, wraps,SUPER FRESH AND TASTY SALADS gourmet PIZZA, the best GYROS and homemade SOUP. Our SIGNATURE PANINI SANDWICHES include:Balsamic Chicken Pesto with five Italian cheesesMaple Smoked Turkey with Bluecheese, Cranberries and PecansTomato Mozzarella Spinach with Roasted PeppersCalifornia BLT with Applewood Smoked Bacon , Avocado and Chipotle RanchChicken Pepperoni Melt Greek Chicken with Feta Kalamata Olives, Roasted PeppersPortobello and fresh mozzarella with sun dried tomato pesto and roasted garlic. Mediterranean Hummus Wrap with Hummus, cucumber, roasted peppers, kalamata olives, red onion, feta cheese and spring mix lettuce with spinach. We also have an ESPRESSO bar and make amazing latte's, cappuccinos, ice blended espresso beverages and smoothies as well as simple house coffee. We use fair trade/organic beans from Desert Sun Roasters in Durango CO.

Cafe Soleil makes a great place to get breakfast and coffee before heading to the park. We enjoyed some breakfast sandwiches and the breakfast burrito. They also had baked goods and those that drink coffee said that the coffee was good as well. You order at the counter when you walk in and they bring your food to you.
