We are the finest dining establishment in the entire Terlingua Ghost Town, offering a fine selection of gourmet dishes and rollicking drinks, plus the best in live entertainment. Finer dining and casual drinking, the Starlight plays host to tourists in the high season, but locals can be found gathering on the porch, pulling together impromptu fiddling sessions, and enjoying Friday nights in their desert lives. Try the chili!
