“Fine dining in Twin Falls”
Tom Nickel has had many successful endeavors on Ketchum's Main Street, so for his offering to the Twin Falls dining scene, he went back to the well and created the wonderful and always original Elevation 486. Now, more than a couple years later, with it's enticing menu, professional staff, and comfortable vibe, this popular establishment has become an absolutely essential element of Twin Falls life, appealing equally to both tourists and locals all year round. Whether you're dining al fresco on the outdoor patio or settling into a comfy booth, you will have the very tough job of choosing from the eclectic menu that Nickel characterizes as "Creative interpretations of classic bistro fare . . . And then some!" "We're inspired by our guests, by our staff, by our personal travel and by our colleagues from other restaurants to keep the menu fresh, varied & interesting. And increasingly, we recognize the need to offer food that is healthy, and to source it from close to home. All of our beef is grass-fed and raised hormone and antibiotic-free from a family of farms in Oregon and Idaho, and we're working hard to serve only sustainably harvested seafood."
