Opened in 2000, Tazzaria’s menus highlight the freshest, simple local ingredients available. James and Michelle Jessen own and operate Tazzaria. They work daily alongside many family members. The Jessen’s share their love of food and family with everyone who walks through their doors. Many of the recipes are rooted in their family’s traditions, passed on from Europe. From the décor to the furniture, and food, Tazzaria is truly a labor of love. Tazzaria is a Certified Green Business- which means they are committed to sustainable business practices, sustainable food sourcing, and a rigorous recycling and compost program. Tables, equipment, building materials and even the storefront signs are all made from recycled and reclaimed materials.
