Corvus Cellars

Corvus Cellars is a winery that believes what is in the bottle is the most important thing! Corvus currently produces a limited 1000 cases of wine with emphasis on using fruit from selected vineyards within Washington State. This includes a heavy focus on their estate grown fruit from their European inspired Corvus Vineyard in the Red Mountain AVA. Together, Jennifer and Randall Hopkins and Steve Lessard focus on producing wines that are balanced, elegant and reflect the terroir of the fruit.
