Open since 1933 and owned by the LeBrun brothers -- Greg and Mark -- the vibe is old-school town deli: stools, communal tables, and a line that often snakes close to the front door during lunch hours. A well-kept secret by those in the Boston area, Linden doesn't have a bad sandwich on the menu. If you're lucky enough to get the special on Wednesdays (they usually sell out before lunch), then you might just start to believe in a benevolent god who gave this sandwich to you.

Good buffalo chicken wrap. Regular sub bread was lackluster but the baguette looked good. it was very busy but a little pricey. Lots of people buying milkshakes which also looked good. Read more
