“Tasty brews since 1842”
The Weston Brewing Company was first established in 1842 by German immigrant John Georgian. Georgian brought the tradition of lager brewing with him when he settled in Weston. The brewery was designed to utilize ice from the river during winter and lagering cellars dug deep into the ground to create ideal conditions for his beer which needed to be stored below 60 degrees for more than six weeks. In creating the brewery, the Weston Brewing Company became one of the first lager breweries in the United States. We feature O'Malley's beers, brewed on-site; several other brands are served. Located in the 1840s cellars of the Weston Brewing Company. Brewery tours are offered on Saturday. Voted "one of the best bars in Missouri" by Esquire Magazine.
I live in Weston, & it is one of the quaintest little towns i know. Main Street has tons of little shops, the locals are incredible, & the festivals are a blast. Try coming in the fall for Applefest & Irishfest! U can't go wrong by visiting this little diamond in the rough!
Live music, two underground bars, stone walls. What more could you want?
This place is a gem! I've never been to a magical town and bar like this, you must experience it if you are in the area. I tell everyone I know about this place. It's an underground cave type bar which has beautiful architecture and an old Celtic ambiance. I don't know if they still have Bob Reader there on Sunday afternoons, he's great at Irish limericks (Irish storytelling through song).
