“Restaurant in Jackson Wyoming!”
When Nora Tygum purchased an old Log Cabin in downtown Wilson, Wyoming in 1986, to turn into a restaurant, she never imagined it would win a coveted James Beard Award in 2012 . Today, her son Trace and daughter Kathryn are having fun and working hard to keep the restaurant going strong. NORA’S continues to serve the Best Breakfast in the Jackson area, including their World Famous Huevos Rancheros, Trout and Eggs and Amazing Pancakes. Weekdays they serve a bountiful $8 Lunch Special and Prime-Rib on Sunday nights is a favorite on the new dinner menu.
