The Golden Jersey Inn is a place to gather over a good, country home cooked meal for conversation and a good time.We specialize in groups of family and friends. Children are very welcome. The Golden Jersey Inn is located just to the north of our miniature golf courses @ Udders & Putters. The main theme and vision of The Golden Jersey Inn menu is focus on good tasting, fresh, home style country cooked meals. While Young’s is already associated with legendary ice cream, this menu associates us with a legendary home cooked meal. Our Customers want good tasting food when they eat away from home. We aim to deliver what our Customers want. Most of the menu is traditional, with enough room to add creative & seasonal items. Desserts are a big part of our menu because of who we are and our reputation for great homemade ice cream.

We stopped by here on 6/25/2020, and they said the Golden Jersey Inn is closed indefinetly. However, the dairy shack is open with a more limited menu. Our family had chicken salad on croissant, pulled BBQ pork sandwiches, club sandwich, potato wedges, cheese curds, apple sauce, Buckeye sundae, peanut butter chocolate shake, and chocolate milk. You can call it in and park in a spot and they will bring your food out to you, or they have a drive thru. There was also a food truck I think they use at their festivals or on the weekends. You can sit in your car and eat, sit at picnic tables, or take home if you live in the area.

We always try to stop by here when in the Dayton area. Their dairy is amazing! Sweet chili cheese curds, cottage cheese, milk, and ice cream are all fabulous! For dinners and certain meals during the afternoon they give you free sweet potato bread, coleslaw, and applesauce which are also great! The restaurant is big, so even on a busy day we usually don't have to wait. Never had a meal here that we didn't enjoy.
