Welcome to the Americas Best Value Inn Lazy J Ranch Three Rivers. All of our guest rooms are ground level, and there are some individual housekeeping cottages. All rooms are ground level, some with fireplaces. We offer free continental breakfast, a guest laundromat,WiFi, cable TV, coffeemakers, air conditioning, phones, and VCR/DVD players. Pets are allowed-charges and restrictions apply.  We are located on 10 acres in the foothills of the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountain Range, just below Sequoia National Park. You can enjoy fishing all year round. There is also boating, sailing, waterskiing and swimming in Lake Kaweah. You might want to enjoy the hiking trails in Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park. Just a short drive away is Sequoia College and area shopping. There is a restaurant and lounge within one mile. If you desire peace and quiet, the mountains are the place for it.
