Ah yes, who doesn’t love sweet treats every now and then? Check out some of these candy tours of some well known (and lesser known!)  sweet treats.
1. Hershey’sStop by Hershey’s Chocolate World for the famous Great American Chocolate Tour. This Amusement Park features a variety of attractions to learn more about Hershey’s famous sweets, and of course sample plenty of different types of chocolate!
2. Jelly BellyDuring the 40 minute tour, you will learn about how Jelly Belly makes their legendary jelly beans. Smell all the different jelly bean flavors (over 150!).
3. Pez
Although visitors are not allowed on the manufacturing floors, visitors are welcome to observe the production and packaging of Pez through windows. Check out the world’s largest working pez dispenser (40 feet tall!).
Call ahead to set up an appointment for a tour of Utah’s famous candy company. See chocolates, taffy, and jelly beans made by hand.
5. Albanese ConfectioneryEver wanted to try granny smith, mango, or watermelon flavored gummy bears? Learn how this small Indiana factory makes delicious gummy bears and other treats. They have self-proclaimed they make the “World’s best gummy bears”- quite a reputation to uphold. Go see if it measures up!
